I've always had good service and communication from Safelincs.
The only issue that has caused me concern is my latest delivery where they contracted Evri to deliver my parcel. I elected to pick it up from a parcel shop. When I got there the shopkeeper waved me vaguely ion the direction of the back of the shop where there was a large delivery bag full of parcels. I found mine about halfway down having had to empty the contents of the bag onto the floor. To be fair, he did complete the process of scanning the barcode when I took it to him at the till, but if I'd been inclined, I could have taken anything I wanted to without him seeing me. Not very secure.

I ordered the Kiddy 7CO Carbon Monoxide detector on Friday, it was delivered on Saturday. How good is that for service. The product is suitable for RV's Caravans and Boats. If it involves my personal safety, I would always go to a reliable supplier rather than a DIY shed or auction site. I was previously happy with the service I received when I bought a Water Mist Fire Extinguisher from them. Full marks from me.

Rang an order through, very helpful person on other end of Phone & order dispatched & arrived safely a day earlier than expected. A very small thin envelope which could easily have gone via Royal Mail but was sent by courier. Would have had 5 stars otherwise.
